Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our pilot training courses. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation, a strong sales background, and the ability to connect with prospective students and industry partners. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving enrollment and expanding our market presence in the aviation training sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to prospective students, parents, and industry partners to showcase the benefits and opportunities of our pilot training courses.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and educational partners.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Consultative Selling: Provide personalized guidance and advice to prospective students and their families regarding course offerings, career opportunities, and financing options.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract prospective students.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, follow-ups, and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
Qualifications:
- *Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the sales
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the aviation industry and pilot training programs is a plus.
