Job Description:

Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
● Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective
communication and follow-ups.
● Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments.
Client Relationship Management:
● Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
● Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and inquiries
promptly and effectively.
● Understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their
needs.

Retention Strategies:
● Implement effective retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
● Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
and growth.
● Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to prevent churn and
enhance retention rates.
Account Growth:
● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive
revenue growth.

● Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to
develop customized solutions for clients.
Customer Visits:
● Conduct periodic visits to key clients to strengthen relationships and gain insights
into their evolving needs.
Reporting and Analysis:
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM
software.
● Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status, sales performance, and
growth opportunities.

Requirements:
● 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales and Business Development in the Beauty and
Wellness/ Cosmetics/ Skin / Hair Care industry.
● The candidate should be experienced with the Bangalore Market.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
trust with clients.
● Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
● Willingness to travel daily for client visits.
● Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● A passion for the cosmetics, wellness, or beauty industry and a drive to stay updated on
industry trends and developments.
