Executive - Quality

Job Description:

• Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance and control strategies to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Conduct and manage all quality audits, including internal, external, and supplier audits.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement; develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee and mentor junior QA/QC staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and support the introduction of new products or processes.
• Ensure that quality management systems comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management.
• Review and update quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, standards, and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., FSSAI, FSSC, HACCP, GMP, Halal, Kosher etc).
• Good understanding of quality management systems, industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), and regulatory requirements.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact management.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
