Job Description:
Position: Sr. Engineer - Equipment
Location: Daman
Experience: 6 - 9 Years
Industries: FMCG
Responsibilities:
- Development of New equipments/SPMs for new projects (detailed spec sheet finalization with vendor, Gantt chart preparation and follow-up)
- To ensure validation and qualification of new equipments as well as modifications.
- Ensure relevant documents availability and training to operations and maintenance team (manuals, PM checklists, critical spares listing)
- Analysis of existing processes and identifying low cost automation solutions
- Support Industrialization team in process capex estimate of new ecgipments/SPM for new product feasibility study
Required Skills:
- Equipment basics- Electricals, pneumatics, drives, sensors, PLC. Projects — Estimation, scheduling
- Technical/Production, Organizational and Interpersonal
Required Qualification: - B.Tech – Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics
Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
