Job Description:
Position: Production Supervisor (Wire Drawing)
Location: Mulund - Mumbai
Experience: 3- 5 Years
Industries: Wire
Responsibilities:
-
Good knowledge of wire drawing machine & process
- Knowledge of die drafting & able to handle operators and helpers
- Machine wise planning & manpower allocation on machine as per their expertise
- Smart in reducing idle time/down time of production process
- Smart enough to get the work done from operators & helpers
- Should be able to reduce scrap generation during product process
- Calculate production capacity of each machine & should be able to find efficiency of all machines
- Maintain checklist of production from operators & should check daily details are accurate or not. Analysis of data
- Should be able to understand planning, & able to decide raw material selection as per requirement
