Job Description:

 Position:        Production Supervisor (Wire Drawing)

Location:         Mulund - Mumbai 

Experience:      3- 5 Years

Industries:       Wire 

Responsibilities:        

• Good knowledge of wire drawing machine & process

• Knowledge of die drafting & able to handle operators and helpers
• Machine wise planning & manpower allocation on machine as per their expertise
• Smart in reducing idle time/down time of production process
• Smart enough to get the work done from operators & helpers
• Should be able to reduce scrap generation during product process
• Calculate production capacity of each machine & should be able to find efficiency of all machines
• Maintain checklist of production from operators & should check daily details are accurate or not. Analysis of data
• Should be able to understand planning, & able to decide raw material selection as per requirement

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge

• good leader
• experience of wire industry

Required Qualification:- Supervisor - Diploma/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 3.24 LPA
