About the Role : We are looking for Counsellors for scaling our premium counselling division. You will work with Managers and Senior leaders to build our premium counselling division from scratch. This is a new vertical that we are setting up and we are looking for people who will define the charter for this vertical. The charter for this role will include: ● Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad ● Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interest ● Assist students on deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt for ● Assist in preparing and filing of their applications ● Guiding students on the visa process and visa applications ● Ensure our students have a stellar user experience with Leap ● Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey ● Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets Ideal Persona would: ● The candidate should be from Counseling Industry - Premium ● 1+ years of study abroad experience ● In-depth knowledge of premium universities/colleges ● Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines ● Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences ● Experience in working with CRMs is desirable. ● Excellent in written and spoken communication ● Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
