Job Purpose:
The role bearer has the responsibility of executing tasks and accomplish in such manner which is both sales supportive and risk averse contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the team and enable them for desired output.
Self-Driven to achieve business goals and objectives.
Ability to handle escalations and diffuse crisis situations.
Work to optimize productivity and efficiency of the team.
Should possess MIS and analytical skills.
Excellent people management and team building skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of banking products and processes.
Think out of the box and spearhead initiatives for improving customer experience.
Ability to manage challenging situations and go the extra mile.
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams/stake holders.
