Job Description:

Kindly source the candidates  for Process Engineering  ( Senior category ) of Min.2 years’ experience of B.E Mechanical Engineering or 4 year experience DME 

Required Skills:

Process Optimization & Validation, Setup Approval Sheet Documentation.

2. Preparation of Work Instructions to Various Operation Activities & Quality checklists catalogue.3 Designing of Jigs & Fixture. Cad Model Drawing and Detailing.4. Basics of Machining /Manufacturing process

 5. Control Plan & PFMEA 6. Knowledge on tools ( optional).

Responsible for NPD Activities from Feasibility Study to Start of Production.
 Preparation of Process Flow, PFMEA & Control Plan.
 Identifying and eliminating the defects through POKA-YOKE, in the Design of Jigs & Fixtures.
 Knowledge in 8D, SPC, Why Why Analysis & PDCA.
 Participant in Kaizen implementations.
 Conducting training program for Operators like Work Instructions, Safety Training, Jigs & Fixture
