Job Description:
- Achievement of company’s target, monthly, quarterly and annually
- Developing brand image / brand equity / brand profit
- Preparation of brand plan / marketing plan and effectively communicating to field staff
- Ensuring implementation of marketing strategies
- Understanding of diabetic market and customer insights to develop sales forecast
- Coordinating with field staff, production (outsource plant), inventory control & distribution department for availability of products as per forecast
- Field work to get feedback on our strategies / competitors strategies and tactics so as to identify opportunities and key issues
- Closely coordinate with CRM doctors and follow-up with field staff
- Preparation of promotional inputs and its timely despatch & execution
- Designing campaign that will engage, motivate field staff to create demand
- Conducting basic training programme for the field staff
- Conducting cycle meetings on regular intervals
- Coordinating with all the department in the organization
