Job Description:
Position: Asst. Manager - HR
Location: Pithampur
Experience: 4 - 5 years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
- End to end Recruitment and talent acquisition activities for Blue collar & White collar. (on boarding induction training, documentation)
- Updating Recruitment Trackers and various reports & HR MIS.
- Joining Formalities, Documentations, Exit Formalities, etc.
- Attendance monitoring.
- Contractor on boarding / manpower allocation. (daily report update/crosscheck of labour/helper/supervisor to HO)
- Weekly reports on manpower as per machine.
- Vendor Management.
- Handling Manpower Budgets.
- Cross verification of attendance in register/attendance card.
Required Skills
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
Required Qualification: - MBA - HR
Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
