Brand Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive copy for website content,
social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Ensure
consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-
quality visual and written content. Bring fresh ideas to the table and stay ahead of
content trends.
Agency Management: Work closely with external agencies to oversee the
execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and
objectives. Provide clear briefs and feedback to maintain high standards of work.
Brand Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of brand
strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Monitor
and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
Content Strategy: Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely and
relevant content distribution. Utilize insights and analytics to refine strategies and
improve content effectiveness.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and
consumer preferences to inform content strategy and brand positioning.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to support
integrated marketing efforts and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Requirements:
Copywriting Skills: Proven experience in crafting compelling copy for various
platforms. Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content that aligns with
brand voice and objectives.
Creative Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for creativity and innovative content
creation. Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Content Management: Experience in managing content across digital channels,
including websites, social media, and email marketing.
Agency Experience: Previous experience working with marketing agencies is
preferred. Ability to manage relationships and oversee agency deliverables
effectively.
Passion for Healthy Food: A strong interest in healthy food is advantageous, as
it aligns with our brand values and mission.
Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in content
management systems and social media platforms.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,
English, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand
management, copywriting, or content creation.
