Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive copy for website content,
social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Ensure
consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels.
 Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-
quality visual and written content. Bring fresh ideas to the table and stay ahead of
content trends.
 Agency Management: Work closely with external agencies to oversee the
execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and
objectives. Provide clear briefs and feedback to maintain high standards of work.
 Brand Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of brand
strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Monitor
and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
 Content Strategy: Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely and
relevant content distribution. Utilize insights and analytics to refine strategies and
improve content effectiveness.
 Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and
consumer preferences to inform content strategy and brand positioning.
 Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to support
integrated marketing efforts and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Requirements:
 Copywriting Skills: Proven experience in crafting compelling copy for various
platforms. Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content that aligns with
brand voice and objectives.
 Creative Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for creativity and innovative content
creation. Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

 Content Management: Experience in managing content across digital channels,
including websites, social media, and email marketing.
 Agency Experience: Previous experience working with marketing agencies is
preferred. Ability to manage relationships and oversee agency deliverables
effectively.
 Passion for Healthy Food: A strong interest in healthy food is advantageous, as
it aligns with our brand values and mission.
 Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in content
management systems and social media platforms.
 Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,
English, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand
management, copywriting, or content creation.
