Job Description:
- Schedule the Preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Conduct maintenance planning review meetings
- Arrange required resources for the maintenance
- Follow up for timely completion of maintenance jobs
- Prepare slippage reports and review the reason for delays / non compliance if any
- Follow up with purchase for materials and services
- Prepare monthly maintenance performance e reports
- Arrange monthly maintenance review meeting
- Ensure to Carry out mechanical integrity checks of the assets and equipment’s as per schedule
- Maintain all statutory requirement of tools, tackles, lifting tools, vessels etc
- Conduct meeting with contractors for improvement in maintenance activities
- Suggest cost saving initiatives for maintenance cost reduction
- Ensure proper record keeping including history cards
