2. Fabric Knowledge: Proficiency in working with Indian fabrics like brocades, jacquards, and other locally sourced materials.
3. Handwork and Embroidery: In-depth experience with Indian handwork and embroideries.
4. Team Management: Proven ability to manage skilled teams, along with strong merchandising and production skills.
