Position: Order Operations Associate

Company Overview:

Established in 1916, is a 108-year-old family-run dairy business based in Mumbai, specializing in producing premium-quality dairy products and traditional Indian sweets.

Location:  Marine Lines, Mumbai- 400002
Salary Range: Basis current package and caliber

• Education: Any graduate
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in order operations or a similar role.

Working Hours: 9-hour rotating shifts, 6 days a week (including Sundays)

• Marine Lines:
  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
  • 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • 3:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Week-off: Any day between Monday to Thursday (will work on major festivals)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer orders through e-commerce platforms, phone calls, and in-person orders.
2. Coordinate order dispatch with the delivery team and ensure smooth order flow.
3. Troubleshoot and improve sales order processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
4. Liaise with the production department to ensure timely fulfillment of all open sales orders.
5. Verify all order lines, prepare daily order reports, and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status.
6. Monitor order issues and ensure accurate billing of all processed orders.
7. Maintain an efficient schedule for next-day deliveries.
8. Perform inventory management and ensure stock availability.
9. Be willing to travel or work from multiple locations if required.
   
   

Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer operations (Excel, Word, Email)
• Comfortable working on software for order processing and billing

• Willingness to work on a rotating shift and on major festivals
