Job Description:
Plant Operator – Mechanical
1) No. of Person – 01
2) Experience: 01 to 02 years of experience as Plant Operator– mechanical – in plant -in chemical industries - Pharmaceutical Industries (API – Intermediates preferable).
3) Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical
4) Salary (in hand): APN
5) Place of posting/Location: Sayakha GIDC, Bharuch.
6) Must have skill: • Experience in repair n maintenance of Equipments used in chemical manufacturing plant.
Experience in Troubleshooting & overhauling of transmission, engine, motors. Etc.
• Qualitatively prrforme all required preventive maintenance, break down repair jobs & associates tasks even in a stressful work environment in line with laid down rules, procedures & policies.
• Reporting to immediate to project engineer/ plant in charge/ supervisor & to always remain accessible over phone.
• Close working hand to hand with existing service team member for effective resolution. Observe full safety n good repair practices.
• To intimate all upper levels for all the required spares, lubes n consumables that may not be in stock.
• Reasonable knowledge in Microsoft word, excel.
• Knowledge of instruments & Tool handling experience required for working on reactors and other Equipments like CF, vtd etc etc.
