Working Time: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
Working Days: Mon - Sat
Experience: 2+ years in a Trading Company dealing in Industrial Products/B2B Sales.
Salary: Depending on Knowledge and Experience
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Executive to manage purchase orders from our parent company and coordinate efficiently with the warehouse, inside sales team, and on-field sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper allocation of received materials, follow up on purchase orders, and maintain smooth communication with all stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle purchase orders from the parent company.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, inside sales team, and on-field sales team for material allocation.
- Place and track purchase orders with the parent company.
- Follow up on material delivery and ensure timely availability.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and material status.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Proficient in drafting emails in English
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail in managing purchase orders and material allocation.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain management preferred.
