Position:          Sales Co - Ordinator

 Responsibilities:  

• Excel Reporting: Use Excel to track sales metrics, create pivot tables, generate reports, and provide data analysis to assist the sales team.
• CRM Management: Update and manage the CRM system with accurate customer data, follow up on leads, and generate reports from CRM for management.
• Administrative Support: Handle clerical tasks, including filing, scheduling, and documentation related to sales activities.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via email and phone to provide updates, respond to inquiries, and manage their orders and requests.
• Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and sales documentation.
• Data Entry: Ensure all sales data is entered correctly into the CRM and ERP systems for accurate record-keeping.
• Team Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials and presentations.
• Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with customers and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders. 

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

Required Qualification: - Any graduation

Salary :-  Upto 2.50 LPA
