We are hiring Client Service / Project Manager for an Events & exhibition industry at Byculla

• Designation : Client Service / Project Manager
• Working Days : Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday off)
• Working Time : 10:30 am to 06:30 pm
• Salary : Best inindustry
• Qualification : Any Graduate
• Location : Byculla, Mumbai
• Industry Preference : Advertising or Events or any other industry will also work
• Skills : Good Communication, Fluent English, Well-spoken, Active, Client Co-ordination, Good knowledge of the industry

Job description:

• Present Monitoring & Reporting on Every Delivery Milestone.
• Tracking and analysis of project timelines.
• Creating & maintaining project reports.
• Ensure creation, updating & maintenance of databases.
• Achieve deadlines / monthly targets etc, as set by the client.
• Provide information to the internal team about the Client requirements
• Execute the project by coordinating with the Internal Team and external Client.
• Follow up with the team during a project for quality output / timely deadlines etc.
• Follow up with clients to give the work in timely intervals.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and Contractors,
• Influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Develop and deliver reports, proposals, and required documentation Motivate the team to Develop brand and custom presentations.
• Managing the internal communication between all departments (design marketing, sales, etc.)
• Maintain and be responsible for contact of external communication
• Maintaining relations with clients, and permanently updating clients' databases.
• Planned, executed, controlled, and finalized marketing projects/promotions according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Reporting to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership
contributing to the strategic development of all projects and demonstrating a full understanding of the brief, requirements and deliverables

Client
•being client-facing, ensuring that the agency perspective is clearly communicated. Understanding and consolidating client feedback and ensuring it is delivered internally and formally via contact reports. Managing client expectations at all times with issues tackled in advance and problems foreseen and resolved

Commercial
•demonstrating the ability to prepare, or significantly contribute to, cost proposals with regards to defining the scope of work, preparing fees and timelines, as well as, scrutinising budgets. taking financial responsibility for all aspects of projects including budgeting, tracking, ensuring POs are received, managing debtors and creditors, monthly invoicing

Industry knowledge
•maintaining a good understanding of the clients' business and the major trends shaping the market

Creative
•demonstrating sound judgement of creative work with the ability to coherently argue the case where work is considered off brief or in need of refinement

Team Approach
•ensuring creative teams are fully briefed, have clarity on requirements and are provided with all supporting documentation
