• Designation : Client Service / Project Manager
• Working Days : Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday off)
• Working Time : 10:30 am to 06:30 pm
• Salary : Best in industry
• Qualification : Any Graduate
• Location : Byculla, Mumbai
• Industry Preference : Advertising or Events & Exhibition or any other industry will also work
• Skills : Good Communication, Fluent English, Well-spoken, Active, Client Co-ordination, Good knowledge of the industry

Job description:

• Track and analyze project timelines, creating and maintaining reports for every delivery milestone.
• Ensure the creation, updating, and maintenance of databases to meet client-set deadlines and targets.
• Coordinate project execution between internal teams and external clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Provide clear communication of client requirements to the internal team, consolidating feedback.
• Mentor and supervise project team members, motivating them to take accountability for their tasks.
• Develop and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations, ensuring communication between all departments.
• Maintain strong client relationships and continuously update client databases.
• Plan, execute, and control marketing projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Contribute to the strategic development of projects, preparing cost proposals and managing financial aspects.
• Demonstrate sound judgment on creative work, ensuring it aligns with the brief, and brief creative teams accordingly.
