HR Executive- Payroll and Operations
Job Description:
HR Operations & Payroll
• Responsible for roll out of appointment letters/ salary annexure/ confirmation process
• Ensure timely updation of employee files and documents for record purpose
• Maintain an updated employee database for all the employees
• Leave & attendance administration
- To capture attendance data related to Miss punch, late punch, OT, OD, Leaves
- Train employees on using the mobile app for attendance, leaves application,
• Ensure error free Payroll data is collected within timelines and processed accurately for Andheri -HiTech, third party payroll, contractors on hourely and gramwise basis
• Ensure timely submission of various documents like enrolment, withdrawal, nomination, updation for ESIC, PF , Mediclaim etc.
• Employee grievance handling related to payroll, compliance, leave, attendance regularize, OT, miss punch, TDS, arrears, advance & loans and resolve the same
• To ensure employees declare and submit tax saving proofs on timely manner for accurate calculation of TDS and send file to Shubham for further processing of the same
• Ensure error free inpu ts given to Shubham for processing of F&F post employee's resignation
• Employee engagement activities like birthday celebration, festival celebration, etc.
Administration
- Maintain registers related to Wages, Gratuity, Bonus as per Factory's Act
- To verify the data input of ID Card before sending it for printing without any errors
- Ensure accurate documentation of third party payroll, contractors based on norms
- Assist HK for obtaining different kind of permissions/licenses required for smooth functioning of the office/ factory and ensure there is no delay because of non-availability of the same
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure maintenance of all statutory records & implementation of all statutory regulations and benefits
- To coordinate with Accounts and ensure statutory challans are paid on time
- To make sure accurate data is prepared for PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF and given to Consultant for uploading the same without any errors
- Assist Pramila in Liaison & maintain smooth relationship with various statutory and civil bodies like Municipal Corporation, collector office, police, etc. for renewal and relationship building
- To handle internal auditors and resolve all the queriers raised in audit
- Maintain data for statistics audit
MIS
- Generate timely MIS and Reports
- - OT Analysis and Reports
- - Attendance Reports
- - Salary Reports
- - Contractors Salary Reports
- - Miscellaneous reports related to payroll cost as and when asked my management
- - Employee Dashboard updation every month
- - Productivity Analysis Report
- - Term & Mediclaim data for addition & deletion to be updated and shared
