Job Description:
- Operate and set up laser cutting & sewing machines according to work orders and technical drawings.
- Adjust machine settings to control power, speed, and other variables depending on the material type (metal, plastic, etc.).
- Load materials into the machine and monitor cutting operations to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Perform regular maintenance on laser equipment, including cleaning lenses, checking alignment, and inspecting nozzles.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- Conduct quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet design and dimensional specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
