Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
2. Content Creation:
• Create compelling content for marketing materials including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
3. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs and trends.
• Analyze competitors' strategies and market positioning.
4. Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions and comments.
5. Event Planning:
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
• Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and ensure successful event outcomes.
6. Data Analysis:
• Track and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Prepare and present reports on marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
7. Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments (Sales, Product, etc.) to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
• Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks and project management.
