Position: Commercial Manager
Location: Sarigam - Vapi
Experience: 7 - 8 Years
Industry : Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Take care of sales dispatch related activities and co-ordination.
- To handle all type of Dispatch/ sales activity of plant.
- To monitor Daily stock and planning for dispatch
- Co-ordination with Transporter and keep track of drivers of vehicle for dispatch.
- To handle labour for loading and unloading.
- Time office Management
- Salary and wage Management
- Talent Acquisition and on-board process
- Contract Labour management, Security
Required Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills to understand the problems of the internal customers and provide relevant solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze the performance of the various vendors and service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
