We are hiring a Production Supervisor for Ahmedabad.
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Salary: 4.5 to 5.0 CTC Annual
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet production goals.
- Coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Implement production schedules, optimize processes, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Monitor production output, maintain accurate records, and generate performance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and propose solutions for increased efficiency.
