Job Summary:
The Sales Manager for Biogas is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Ecoboard Industries Limited's biogas products and solutions. The candidate will work closely with the sales, product development, and operations teams to create marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate sales leads within the renewable energy market. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting goals: Set sales goals and quotas for the sales team and monitor their progress
• Creating plans: Develop sales plans that align with company goals
• Analyzing data: Analyze sales data and performance to identify opportunities for growth and employee development
• Hiring and training: Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members
• Providing coaching: Provide training and coaching to improve sales skills
• Managing accounts: Manage accounts and assign sales territories
• Reporting: Regularly report back to directors on progress
• Planning sales forecasts: Conduct regular sales forecasts to inform sales strategies
• Analyzing customer satisfaction: Analyze customer satisfaction reports to understand customer needs
• Resolving complaints: Resolve customer complaints, especially those escalated by sales staff
• Preparing budgets: Prepare budgets and approve expenditures
• Developing sales strategies: Develop plans to acquire new customers through direct sales, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing
