Job Summary:
The Sales Manager for BioMethanization / ETP / WTP / CBG Projects is responsible for driving business development and executing marketing strategies that promote products and solutions. The role involves customer site visits and managing travel of 15 to 20 days per month, depending on project requirements. Prior experience in ETP/WTP or similar industries is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in the biogas and CBG sectors.
- Identify customer needs and preferences to uncover new market opportunities.

2. Marketing Strategy:
- Formulate and align marketing strategies with the company's objectives, sustainability, and market expansion.
- Drive strategies to enhance the company’s market presence and brand recognition.

3. Sales Leadership & Lead Management:
- Oversee lead generation initiatives, ensuring targeted campaigns, webinars, trade shows, and events result in quality leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and influences.
- Lead customer visits, demonstrating product value to secure new business opportunities.

4. Team Management and Development:
- Guide and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team stays aligned with business goals.

5. Event and Trade Show Leadership:
- Organize and manage participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Represent the company, engaging with potential customers and experts to expand the business network.

6. Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor the performance of marketing and sales campaigns, providing detailed reports on key metrics such as ROI, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to continually optimize sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
- Experience in sales management within the environmental services or related industry (ETP/WTP/BioMethanization/CBG).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
