Job Description: Project Coordinator for Distributor Channel

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹  8Lakh - ₹ 10 Lakh per annum

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and enhance our distributor channel across India. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations, fostering strong relationships with distributors, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Management: Oversee and coordinate the distributor network across India, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing support and addressing any concerns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track distributor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and distributors, facilitating effective communication and feedback loops.
  • Project Management: Coordinate special projects related to the distributor channel, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential new distributors and assess the competitive landscape.
  • Digital Marketing: Implement and manage digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and support distributor sales efforts.
  • SOP Development: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for distributor management and related processes.
  • Net Survey Management: Conduct net surveys to gather insights on distributor performance and market needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in project coordination or channel management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Digital Marketing: Proven experience in digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess distributor performance and market conditions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and with external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling distributor channels on a national level.
  • Proficiency in using project management and CRM software.
