Designation: Senior Fashion Designer
Location: Dadar West, Mumbai - 400025
Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing from a reputed college.

Experience:
- 4-5 years in fashion design, with a preference for experience in kids' clothing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative designs for girls' western wear (ages 1 to 14).
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform design strategy.
- Use design software (Photoshop, CorelDRAW) for advanced design concepts and technical sketches.
- Collaborate closely with production and marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand standards.
- Coordinate with tailors and vendors to ensure timely implementation of designs.
- Oversee the quality and safety standards of designs, particularly for children’s clothing.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior designers.
