System Analyst - OBDX
Job Description:
• Technology Stack Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of relevant technologies and OBDX platform including mobile apps, web applications, MFA, APIs, and database systems, to support digital channel services.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of digital channel applications to provide a fast and responsive user experience.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for any digital channel-related issues, collaborating with the IT support team to resolve them promptly.
• API Integration: Work on integrating external APIs and third-party services to enhance the functionality and features of digital channels.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for digital Channel solutions, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accessible to the team.
• Expertise in OBDX platform for developing, managing and maintaining Mobile Banking and Retail Net Banking applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web application development, including responsive design.
• Knowledge of Oracle database
• Experience in working with Digital Banking technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Agile development experience is advantage.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members, management, and support personnel.
• Knowledge of preparation of Technical program documentation, Technical Specifications, test Data preparation.
