Job Description:

GTS trade product manager is a critical function that provide their expertise for segments spanning Wholesale Banking, Commercial Banking and Consumer Banking. Trade products not only includes traditional trade but also focuses on the various initiatives that are leading to digitalization of trade for Kotak. This role will pre-dominantly work in space of digitization of trade and put across its best analytical expertise on table for commercialization and tracking of digital initiatives within Kotak at PAN India level.

  • Create new product opportunities which generates incremental fees and/or interest incomes for the business segments.
  • Drive digital initiative that will enable ease of doing trade transactions for the end customer and help scale the business from product perspective.
  • Ideation of the digital journey for various Trade products/processes and support the development of the product. Plan go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns of the product to drive across several channels.
  • Work alongside the vendor partner of Kotak to drive the development of the product features & functionality.
  • Manage the roll-out of various phases for Trade Digital Platform for assigned products – fyn, mobile banking solutionfrom product perspective. Track the progress made against project timeline & highlighting the next steps & the resolution of the issues.Drive business for higher adoption and penetration of digital initiatives.
  • Explore innovative product solutions/variants in traditional Trade, risk participation, structured trade areas
  • Review of Product documentation to finalize BRDs & FSDs, creation of Product Note etc.
  • Responsible for the reporting & analysis of the various business performance metrics for the product. Strong hold on Excel, PPTis required.
  • Collaborate with various teamsLegal, compliance, Operations, Risk including the IT team for the development & upgradation of the product & at the same time with the business team to drive across the product.
  • Manage relationships with key clients – proactively participate in the product pitch to clients as well as internal stakeholders.
