JOB TITLE: LEGAL ASSOCIATE (3-4)
Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and analysis on real estate-related matters, including land acquisition, property disputes, regulatory compliance and due diligences.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
• Prepare and review court filings, including petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Assist in managing case files, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Stay current with changes in real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Provide support in other practice areas, including divorce, eviction, and arbitration, as needed.


Requirements:
• LL.B. degree from a reputed law school.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate litigation, preferably with a law firm or in-house counsel.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and other relevant statutes.
• Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in law (LL.B.) or a related field.
• Experience in handling complex real estate disputes, including land acquisition and property development projects and land matters.
• Familiarity with court procedures and practices in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Chandigarh.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
