We have an opening for a Securitization Officer for a Leading Trustisheep Company based at Narimanpoint.

Location - Nariman point
Work days -5 days
Time -9.00am to 6.00pm
Job description -
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Preparation of Trustee report for PTC and Direct Assignment securitization transaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (KRA)
Securitisation
• Co ordinating with Originator/ Arranger for executing the relevant
documentation
• Co ordinating with the bank for the account opening process
• Following up with the Originator for getting the reports on time
• Preparation of reports for PTC, Direct Assignment, SDI transaction
• Preparation of Bank transfer and co ordinating with Bank for payments
• Assisting the senior for execution of documents and allied activities
• Preparation of credit corporate action for demating of PTC.
• Sending report to Investor/ Assignee representative, Rating Agencies
• Solving query of various stakeholders on time
• Preparation of report on timely basis
• Checking for changes in the new regulation and understanding new
