- Loan Syndication: Facilitate the syndication of large loans by coordinating with multiple banks and financial institutions.
- Client Management: Work closely with corporate clients to understand their funding requirements and structure loan deals accordingly.
- Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and due diligence to assess the creditworthiness of clients.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage all legal and financial documents for syndication deals.
- Liaison with Lenders: Maintain relationships with participating banks, negotiate loan terms, and ensure smooth execution.
- Compliance: Ensure all syndication activities comply with regulatory guidelines and banking norms.
