Job Description:

Job Title: Institutional Sales BDM - Compliance Services

Location: Mumbai

Position Overview: The Institutional Sales BDM will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our compliance services to banks and their branch networks. This role requires a deep understanding of the banking industry, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to articulate the value of compliance solutions to a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:


 Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the banking sector and increase market share.
 Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in banks, including compliance officers and branch managers.
 Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to tailor compliance service offerings that meet specific requirements.
 Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our compliance services and the regulatory landscape to effectively communicate benefits and solutions.
 Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing the value of our compliance solutions.
 Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and service agreements, tailored to the needs of each bank.
 Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align service offerings with market demands.
 Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new sales opportunities.
 Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
 3+ years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
 Strong understanding of compliance regulations and challenges faced by banks.
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
