❖ A willingness to travel & lead assignments across the country.

❖ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work.

SKILLS

❖ Thorough in engineering concepts;

❖ Thorough knowledge of mechanical systems, general manufacturing processes, maintenance & overhaul, quality control & assurance, stores & spares, scrap disposal;

❖ Internal Audits and Internal Control Reviews (Internal controls over financial reporting);

❖ Regulatory Compliance Reviews, technical statutes;

❖ Safety & security internal audits;

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

❖ Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

❖ Ability to discuss with management in a mature & commercially aware manner;

❖ Excellent at powerpoint, excel & word; working knowledge & usage of ERP packages;

❖ Exposure to coding would be desirable

❖ Should be persuasive (but not aggressive), adaptable and versatile (including the ability to innovate & demonstrate out of the box thinking);

❖ Consulting work aptitude;

❖ Mature & broad outlook with strong attributes of entrepreneurship & ownership;
