Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Leader - RT for a reputed Company in FMCG industry at the Bhubaneswar Locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tentatively for distributor handling.
• Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
• Maintain and record periodically sampling and marketing activities.
• Sharing the report to the senior managers as per requirements.
• Develop and penetrate new market.
• Ensure the records and maintenance of the company assets.
• Business development planning/strategy.
• Sales analysis capability.

Age:  Up to 30 Years

Gender - Male

Candidates Profile:

• Good communicator, team handling, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity towards job, positive and creative thinker.
• Good command on Microsoft office e.g. MS Excel & Power point.
• Local candidate.
• Languages known: English, Hindi and Local Language.
• Pleasant personality, good communication skills, teamwork, basic computer knowledge and must have two-wheeler driving license (four-wheeler license is favorable).
