Job Description:
1. Generation Improvement/ downside protection:
- Identifying areas for improvement,
- create strategies to improve,
- developing Operational Improvement plans and
- monitoring the progress and effectiveness of changes
- Improve plant availability
- Developing Operational SOPs and protocols in consultation with Operations team
- Track RCAs and develop rectification measures, plan implementation and monitor the progress
- Enhance durability of Plant:
- Athena has conducted required durability studies and climate change risk through 3rd parties; prepare action plan, schedule, monitor and expedite the implementation
- Suggest enhancement measures based on plant breakdown trend
- Improve IMS Management:
- Athena has recently achieved IMS certification. Incumbent will play pivotal role to continually improve IMS systems
- Preparing SOPs for the same,
- Develop operational SOPs and protocols in consultation with Plant In Charge,
- Develop Quality and H&S protocols
- Updating of company website content quarterly
- Prepare Sustainability report for Athena annually
