  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, and Product).
  • Campaign Development and Execution
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns (digital, email, events).
  • Create promotional materials (brochures, videos, social media content).
  • Manage campaign budgets and track ROI.
  • Customer Engagement and Loyalty
  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms.

  • Manage website and social media content related to after-sales services.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Analyze digital metrics and optimize online presence.
  • Budgeting and Performance Analysis
  • Manage marketing budgets for after-sales services.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Work closely with dealerships, service centers, and regional teams.
