Job Description:
Job Title: Mechanical Manager (Ferro)
Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Maintenance: Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Equipment Reliability: Ensure reliability and availability of mechanical equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing production.

Team Management: Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage departmental budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.

Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical projects, upgrades, and modifications.

Quality Control: Ensure mechanical systems meet quality standards, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with production, electrical, and other departments to optimize plant performance.

Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve mechanical issues, implementing corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and management, preferably in a ferroalloy or similar industry.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.

Leadership Skills: Proven management experience, with ability to motivate and lead teams.

Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
