Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and review legal documents, including land records, land documents, and other property-related documents
• Conduct research and gather information to support legal cases and projects
• Verify and authenticate documents, including land records and property deeds
• Travel to various locations across India to collect and verify documents, as required
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements as communicated.
• Perform other tasks as required/ visits to revenue offices/ getting documents prepared etc.


Requirements:


• At least 3 years of experience as a Land Document Writer in Marathi/Urdu/Hindi/English language or in a similar role
• Knowledge of real estate law and practices in India, including land records and land documents
• Having proficiency of reading land documents in Hindi, Urdu, Marathi and other Indian Languages
• Excellent research, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel frequently to various locations across India

• Experience working in a legal environment

• Experience with land records and land documents in various states across India
