Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Admin to support our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth operations within the HR department, managing employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and handling day-to-day office administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases and systems.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and HR-related events.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and reviewing employee timesheets and attendance records.
  • Manage employee leave and attendance tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, assisting with audits and reports.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks, including organizing meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence.
  • Oversee salary disbursement and celebration planning.
  • Ensure strong male candidates are hired where required.
  • Handle the purchase and management of office furniture.
  • Administer various tasks related to administrative roles, including furniture purchases.
