Job Description:

Role Definition: BD Executive is one who is responsible for developing new Key accounts for the
Engineering Products by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market
trends.
o Analyze market data to develop strategic insights and identify opportunities for business
growth.

 Lead Generation and Prospecting:
o Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending
industry events.
o Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
 Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and
retention.
o Develop rapport with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
 Proposal Development and Presentation:
o Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to effectively communicate our
value proposition to potential clients.
o Customize proposals to address the specific needs and requirements of each client.
 Sales Negotiation and Closure:
o Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
o Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
 Collaboration and Coordination:
o Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and project management to
deliver tailored solutions to clients.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and
delivery of services.
 Reporting and Analysis:
o Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
o Generate regular reports and analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for
improvement

 Experience in Business Development & Sales.
