Change manager
Job Description:
Leading the change management activities within a structured process framework
Designing the strategic approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request
Document change management processes and change plans
Evaluate all requests for change, assessing risk and impact
Ensure all requests for change are properly classified, recorded, authorized, and closed
Planning, scheduling, managing and chairing weekly change management meetings including CABs
Ensure all changes are properly scheduled and handled
Investigate, collect data, and report on failed and unauthorized changes
Preparation of weekly and monthly Change Management reports or ad-hoc reports as required
At least 8 years of experience performing a Change Management role in an IT service delivery environment
ITIL V3 Foundation certificate or higher
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
Good presentation skills with ability to present material clearly and concisely
Team player
Process-oriented
Basic technical knowledge and experience working with Operating systems management, LAN and WAN networking technologies, Web Technologies, Firewall and Security products
