Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 Technical Skill and Support:
o Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems, including
Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 & Linux.
o Strong technical background working with modern server tools and
technology such as VMware/ Nutanix/PAM/Office 365
o Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory
o Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and availability. Install
and configure software and hardware.
o Team management of IT staff
o Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
o Troubleshoot issues and outages.
o Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
o Active Directory service 2016/2019/2022
o -DNS, DHCP.
o -Installing and configuring Windows server /2016/ 2019,2022.
o -Installation and configuration of IIS and FTP in Windows Server 2016/
2019,2022.
o -Deploying OS through WDS.
o -Windows patching through various tools like WSUS/Desktop Central
o -Installation and configuration of Hyper-V.
o -Health Checking and Patch Activity for Servers.
o -PAM Management
o - Working experience on VPN/WIFI etc
o -SSL and Domain Management
o -Proxy Server Administrator
o -FIM configuration and implementation
o -Installation & c Proxy server configuration and Management like
SOPHOS/Fortigate etc
o -Administration of Patch management server
o -Installing, configuring & administrating File servers in windows server
2016/2019/2022
o -Installation & configuration of Certificate Authority and ability to create and
renew certificates for servers.

o -Asset Management tool
o Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
o Manage IT staff training and coaching employees, communicating job
expectations and appraising their performance
o Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
o Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
o Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to
organizational policy
o Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
o Audit systems and assess their outcomes
o Preserve assets, information security and control structures
o Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
o Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
o Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of
computer hardware/software systems
o Expertise in data centre management and data governance
o Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and
network installation
o Ability to manage personnel
o Strong project management skills
o Experience designing and deploying IT infrastructure and applications
o Ability to link high-level strategy to day-to-day projects
 Infrastructure Management:
o Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including
VMware/Nutanix/PAM/Office 365.
o Implement and oversee security measures, such as access controls,
backups, and firewalls.
o Perform system health checks, patching, and maintenance activities.
 Network Administration:
o Configure and manage network components, including DNS, DHCP, VPN,
and Wi-Fi.
o Administer proxy servers and SSL/domain management.
o Implement and manage certificate authority and create/renew certificates.
 Team Management:
o Lead and mentor a team of IT staff.
o Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to standards and
procedures.
o Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
 Project Management:
o Participate in IT projects, assisting with planning, implementation, and testing.

o Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required
quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
 Strong technical background working with modern server tools and technology.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
 Ability to problem-solve and critically think.
 Experience with Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and network
administration.
 Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Nutanix).
 Understanding of security best practices and tools.
 Ability to manage and mentor a team.
 Strong project management skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
 Experience with PAM, Office 365, and cloud technologies.
 Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
 Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Microsoft, VMware).
