  • We are looking at a seasoned Dynamic 365 Engineer – Core Applications person to join our team with the following KPIs:

Job Overview    As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. Working closely with functional consultants, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications, develop customizations, integrate third-party applications, and ensure the overall success of Dynamics 365 implementations.

Responsibilities & Duties*

Technical Solution Design:

  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand business requirements and design technical solutions within Dynamics 365.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Customization and Development:
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionalities using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, web resources, and other components to address specific business needs and enhance system capabilities.

 Integration and Data Migration:

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and systems, leveraging APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Lead data migration efforts, including data extraction, transformation, and loading, to ensure a seamless transition to Dynamics 365.

 Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Thoroughly test developed solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability, focusing on automated testing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and end users to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

 Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

  • Document technical designs, configurations, customisations, and integrations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide training and support to functional consultants and end-users on technical aspects of Dynamics 365 implementations.

 

Experience & Education*           

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Dynamics 365 Developer or in a similar role.

 

Knowledge, Skill, ability

  • Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 customisation and development, including experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure for customisation and integration purposes.
  • Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, and messaging platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 

Certification if any          

  • Certification in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-500, PL-600, etc.) is preferred.
