Job Description:

Job Title: CRM Manager – Real Estate

Position Overview:
The CRM Manager for Real Estate is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s CRM system to enhance customer engagement. This role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the CRM platform, ensuring effective data management, and driving marketing and sales strategies based on customer insights. The CRM Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to provide actionable insights and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM System Management:

    • Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the CRM system to support sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
    • Conduct periodic collection of customer data.
    • Manage regular follow-ups for collections, resolve queries, and issue all customer communications (demand notes, payment acknowledgments, etc.).
  2. Customer Data Management:

    • Ensure accurate, complete, and secure collection and management of customer and property data.
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer engagement.
    • Maintain data integrity by managing duplicate records, cleansing data, and ensuring consistency.
    • Manage email strategies to engage existing clients.
  3. Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead management, follow-up processes, and pipeline tracking.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Enhance the overall customer experience through timely follow-ups, personalized communication, and client satisfaction.
    • Manage customer inquiries and concerns through the CRM system, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
    • Develop strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients, including referral programs and repeat business incentives.
  5. Reporting & Analytics:

    • Generate and present regular reports on CRM performance and customer behavior.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Any Graduate / MBA
  • Hands-on experience in CRM system management and optimization
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience:
3 to 5 years

Working Days and Hours:
Monday to Sunday -  10 AM to 7 PM(one weekly off)
