Job Description: Sales Manager

Position Overview: The Sales Manager for Real Estate specializing in flat selling is responsible for managing the entire sales process for residential properties (flats or apartments) within a development or real estate company. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategies to attract potential buyers, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Sales Manager will also work closely with marketing, finance, and property development teams to drive customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company growth.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for flat/apartment sales.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and make adjustments as needed to meet company goals.

 

  1. Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team members’ skills.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans.
  1. Sales Operations & Reporting:
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff, and manage key sales metrics (e.g., sales pipeline, conversion rates, etc.).
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, and guidelines.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, concerns, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Work closely with customer service and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s customer base.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Participate in the development and execution of promotional campaigns and events.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership and team management
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • sales strategies specifically for flat/apartment sales.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market research techniques.
  • Negotiation and deal closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years

    Working Days and Hours:
    Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM, with one weekly off.
