We have an urgent opening for a Legal Manager for leading Architecture Company based at CST Mumbai.
Position - Legal Manager
Location - CST Fort
Working days - 6 days (2nd and 4th Sat off)
Job Description -
Non- Non-Litigation: Drafting, reviewing/Vetting Agreements and transaction-related
documents including i.e Agreement for Sale, Development Agreement,MIS Preparation.
transaction relating to Redevelopment of societies, Conveyance Deed, Power of
Attorney, MOU, Lease Deed and Leave and License Agreements, Term sheet,
Letter of Intent, side letters, Allotment letter, NDA’s, Indemnity cum
Undertaking, handled customers related queries of RERA in respect of the
residential projects and assisted in drafting legal notices and replies.
Well versed with RERA laws.
Handled Legal work for the Shopping complex including but not limited to
drafting, reviewing, executing, negotiating and closure of the license
Agreements with retailers, service Agreements, marketing Agreements,
tripartite Agreement, Agreement for management of Parking Area and all other
miscellaneous legal documents.
Drafting of termination notices, legal notices,
replies and rejoinder to the legal notices for recovery of outstanding amounts,
aided in recovery of the pending dues from the retailers through legal recovery.
