Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled AGM/DGM - Mechanical to oversee the mechanical maintenance and operations of our Ferro Alloys plant. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring optimal plant performance, efficiency, and reliability while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Plant Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize plant availability.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure skill development.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Capital Projects: Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical-related capital projects.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage departmental budgets and optimize expenses.

Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are met in maintenance and repair activities.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for procurement of mechanical equipment and services.

Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve mechanical issues impacting production.
