Position Name Manager/Sr Manager – Human Resources
Reports to (Position): SVP Human Resources
Location: Mumbai
Position Purpose:
Managing all HR technology solutions and related HR operations.
Principal Accountabilities:
Business Partnering:
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
Understand business goals and provide HR solutions to support the achievement of objectives.
Drive initiatives around talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Manage employee relations issues and support conflict resolution as needed.
HR Analytics:
Leverage data to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, engagement, and performance.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key HR metrics (headcount, attrition, diversity, hiring, etc.).
Use predictive analytics to help anticipate workforce needs and drive strategic planning.
HRIS system implementation AND management
• Data Organisation and Migration
• Finalizing and populating templates for migration of data with HR IT team and HRIS vendor.
• HR process redesign and/or initiate customization in the HRIS solution
• Custodian for offline legacy data (data not being migrated to HRIS)– PeopleSoft, GTAS
• Developing upload utilities in partnership with HRIS vendor to maximise the automation and reduce reliance on reconciliation.
• Develop and administer close to 150 communication templates across emails, letters, messages, notifications, WhatsApp(if tech permits)
• Admins Set ups & management
• Managing the HRIS administrator setup - employee data masters management and policy/ rule setup, mandatory data sets, data visibility, process workflows etc ensuring process workflows and their approvals function as per requirements.
• Responsible for setting up and maintenance of the data access management across departments/ employee levels, roles and role players, teams and org structure etc on the HRIS to maintain data confidentiality for both personal data (SPDI, IT Act etc) and employment data e.g compensation
• Set up of various HR process workflows as per requirement.
• Set up of email and letter templates linked to various HR processes as part of process automation.
• HRIS system management
• Responsible for managing the data on the HRIS – data input, validation, corrections, changes and updates in employee personal and professional data.
• Managing data integrity and consistency across the HRIS and other associated systems.
• Managing employee transactions, manager and process owner approvals as required
• Monitoring the processes running on HRIS system as required.
• HR process approver for basic HR processes.
• Generate employee letters as and when required
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies
MBA HR
Experience of managing HRIS
Strong orientation for data reporting and analytics - Ability to create dashboards and complex data analysis
Strong excel and ppt skills
Learning orientation and growth mindset
Preferred Industry Experience
Any
5-7 years of experience
