Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screening and Interviewing:

    • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience:

    • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
    • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide them with necessary information about the company and position.
  • Offer Management:

    • Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring compliance with company policies and negotiating terms as needed.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training logistics.
  • Database Management:

    • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate information.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the company’s visibility in the job market.
    • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving the recruitment process and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates effectively and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
