Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide them with necessary information about the company and position.

Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring compliance with company policies and negotiating terms as needed.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training logistics.

Database Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate information.

Employer Branding:
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the company’s visibility in the job market.
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the recruitment process and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and make informed hiring decisions.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
