Job Description:

Basic Purpose:

This role will involve providing advanced technical support related to the configuration and ongoing maintenance of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) over the Saviynt platform, implementing new features, functions, and capabilities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of the applications.

 

Mandate Expertise Required:   

  • Provide technical support for an IAM platform (Saviynt).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for Saviynt and connected applications.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to ensure application stability.
  • Collaborate with Vendors to address application bugs and performance issues.
  • Participate in Version Upgrades, inclusive of pre and post testing, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Create, launch, monitor, and maintain detailed documentation for multiple attestation campaigns.
  • Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Regular Application Data validation as required.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and Troubleshoot SODs.
  • Create Connectors to integrate applications with Saviynt.

 

Position Scope:   

  • The scope applies to the IAM platform, all modules, and all currently connected and future connected applications.
  • Work with IT teams, Security, application owners, and Internal audit to support IAM and governance functions.
  • Ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of Saviynt and Integrated applications.

 

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 

Preferred Expertise:

  • An experienced IAM Specialist with a considerable background in Identity and access management configuration, maintenance, and processes with experience working with the Saviynt platform.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues (provisioning/Deprovisioning, SODs, Campaign, Connectors, Analytics etc.), Documenting Process and Procedures, Testing and Maintenance. Solid understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and standard.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for an IAM system to support ongoing functionality and security.
  • Experience on assessments, and certification campaigns; experience conducting audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of cloud IAM, Active Directory environment, and Access Controls.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, MS Excel and documentations.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong logical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Thoroughness: Ensures all aspects of an issue are thoroughly investigated and addressed, avoiding superficial solutions

 

WORK CONDITIONS:

  • Employees must possess comfort in learning, training, and engaging with others virtually through Microsoft Teams, and TeamViewer.
  • Employee must show readiness and be available to work from office.
